Child Safety Standards
RydMatch has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards explain how we prevent, report, and respond to child sexual abuse material and child safety concerns.
Our policy
RydMatch prohibits any content, behavior, profile information, messages, images, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, traffics, or otherwise harms minors. We also prohibit attempts to solicit, share, request, promote, or link to child sexual abuse material.
Prevention and moderation
- Users must comply with RydMatch safety rules and are not permitted to upload or share exploitative, sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful content involving minors.
- RydMatch provides in-app reporting tools so users can report unsafe profiles, content, or behavior.
- RydMatch may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users that violate these standards.
- RydMatch may use automated checks, user reports, and administrative review to identify and act on unsafe content.
Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report safety concerns directly in the RydMatch app. Child safety concerns can also be sent to our designated contact email.

When we receive a child safety report, we review the information provided, take action to remove or restrict violating content or accounts where appropriate, preserve relevant information where legally required, and may report apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations.
Cooperation with authorities
RydMatch cooperates with valid law enforcement and regulatory requests relating to child safety, child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, or other serious safety concerns.

We may update these standards as our safety practices, app features, or legal obligations evolve. The latest version will remain available on this page.
