Delete Your RydMatch Account

This page explains how RydMatch users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your RydMatch account, email us from the email address linked to your RydMatch account.

Send your request to:

support@rydmatch.com

What to include

  • Your full name
  • The email address linked to your RydMatch account
  • A clear statement that you want your RydMatch account deleted

Data we delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your RydMatch account, including:

  • Account profile details such as name, email, bio, age-related profile data, and rider preferences
  • Profile photos, motorcycle photos, bicycle photos, and other uploaded account media
  • Matching, swipe, and rider discovery data associated with your account
  • Ride feed posts, comments, and related engagement data associated with your account
  • Garage, ride group, route planning, live ride, diagnostics, and notification records linked to your account where deletion is technically and legally permitted

Data we may retain

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, security, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being permanently removed.

Deletion timeline

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently removed from backup systems.
